Hey, I'm Alan, also known as Dreamchaser. I'm based in Belgium, I love anything that gets me moving: football, crossfit, running, weightlifting and my mission is as personal as it gets.
I started playing football at just 5 years old. By 16, I was competing in Division 1 in Belgium… until an ACL tear changed everything. I went through the standard route: surgery, then rehab at a local clinic. But the rehab? It was a disaster, ice, massage, stim, and a few balance drills. No progress tracking. No real plan. After six months, they cleared me, with zero testing. I got injured again in my very first game back.
That's when I took matters into my own hands.
I dove deep into learning everything about the knee, rehab, performance, recovery. Nine months post-op from my second surgery, I made my comeback. This time, I was stronger, smarter, and I've stayed injury-free ever since.
